Project Manager

The Project Manager is responsible for the overall delivery of projects, from conception to ongoing operation of the systems including: Pricing and overall management of project works Securing of Contracts works Submission of required documents and paperwork on time Installation and completion of required works within budget and agreed timeframes Management of internal and external staff resource directly relating to the installation of Alarm and Sprinkler Project works Financial Management of all project works Obtaining external approvals and design where required to ensure compliance is obtained for the works Complying with all applicable standards and authorities for overall compliance/acceptance Promote Fire Compliance Services ltd offerings in a positive manner in an effort to obtain additional works Any other reasonable instructions given to assist the growth of Fire Compliance Services ltd The Project Manager must have NZQA Level 4 in Fire Protection and Alarms #J-18808-Ljbffr
