Directly communicating with crew, conducting appraisals, and organising training. Project Oversight from quote approved to planning and scheduling jobs, organising machinery, team resourcing and health and safety. Managing Health and Safety, setting up and conducting toolbox meetings, hazard management. Managing the annual HSE certification process, and ensuring all staff and visitors follow induction procedures. Monitor pre-starts and implement safety protocols to ensure compliance with industry standards. Oversee machinery maintenance, ensuring WOF/COF compliance and scheduling necessary repairs, ensuring all machinery is in good working order. Skills you'll bring to the role: Knowledge in civil works with an understanding of machinery management. A minimum of 3-5 years of project management experience, preferably in civil construction. Strong Health and Safety knowledge, especially with toolbox meetings, hazard management, monitoring and assessment. Excellent people skills, from team coordination to client communication.
