Project Manager - High-Rise Construction My client is a leading firm in the high-rise construction industry, known for their commitment to excellence and innovation. With a portfolio of iconic projects and a reputation for delivering quality, they are looking to expand their team with a dedicated Project Manager to oversee and drive their construction projects to success.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to lead their high-rise construction projects from inception through to completion. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex construction projects, a strong understanding of high-rise building requirements, and exceptional leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities: Project Planning: Develop and implement detailed project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage project teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration. Budget Management: Oversee project budgets, monitor expenditures, and ensure cost control measures are in place. Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements and expectations are met. Quality Control: Monitor construction processes to ensure adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and building codes. Problem Solving: Identify and resolve project issues and risks promptly to avoid delays and cost overruns. Reporting: Provide regular project updates to stakeholders, including progress reports, financial summaries, and risk assessments. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. PMP certification or equivalent is a plus. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience managing high-rise construction projects, with a proven track record of successful project delivery. Skills: Strong project management skills, including proficiency in project management software and tools. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities. Knowledge: In-depth understanding of high-rise building construction techniques, materials, and safety standards. Why Join Us?
