Project Manager, Civils, Earthworks & Drainage, Mount MaunganuiExperienced Project Manager for a successful Civil contracting firm Moon Civil & Drainage based out of Mount Maunganui.
Moon Civil & Drainage is a highly respected, well-established and efficient civil, commercial and residential earthworks and drainage contracting company. The team is steadily growing and they need an additional experienced Project Manager for the team. This position will report to the General Manager and liaise with other senior staff including site staff, Site Foreman and Estimators.

Land development including all earthworks, drainage, watermain and roadingEarthworksCommercial & Residential drainageThe job description would include (but not limited to) the following:
Delivery of contracts to ensure budgets and time-frames are met.Scheduling of staff, sub-contractors, and equipment to ensure jobs run efficiently.Communicate confidently with clients, engineers, council representatives and on the ground staff.Ensure all works are completed to the required standards.Recording of all QA and testing requirements.Ensure all H&S requirements are prepared for individual jobs and ensure these requirements are carried out on-site.The preferred applicant should have the following:
