Brian Perry Civil (BPC) has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to join the Central Team based in either Hamilton or Tauranga.
Reporting to the Contracts Manager, this is a diverse role focusing on projects including 3 waters, structures, earthworks, and drainage. You'll apply your expertise to successfully manage programme, cost, quality, resources, and, most importantly, safety outcomes across the projects. You'll also be responsible for the day-to-day leadership of a team of Engineers and Supervisors as well as their future development.

What you will bring to the role:
Ideally 10+ years Civil Engineering experience delivering infrastructure projects
Project delivery experience across 3 waters, foundations, transportation, and ports & marine
Proven stakeholder management experience, ability to build long-term relationships with clients, designers, partners, suppliers, and other key stakeholders
A solid understanding of the Construction Contracts Act and knowledge of NZS3910
A strong focus on cost control and quality outcomes
Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in computer systems
Excellent analytical abilities and attention to detail, with the capacity to work under pressure and resolve issues
