Our client is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Project Coordinator to join their team based in the Waikato. This role offers the opportunity to work on a digital programme within the health care sector. The contract will run through to the end of February, providing an excellent short-term opportunity for those with a passion for project coordination. With flexible working arrangements, this role provides an excellent balance between professional growth and personal life.What You'll DoAs a Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in facilitating the smooth running of our client's national digital workplace programme. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include coordinating project management activities, breaking down projects into manageable tasks, liaising with clients, and ensuring their needs are met throughout the project life cycle. You'll also monitor project progress, handle any arising issues, and act as the main point of contact for all participants.Coordinate the arrival and distribution of new laptops or devices to all usersOrganise collection points for laptop or device retrievalSchedule groups of users for initial log-on timesWork closely with technical support teams providing support on the groundEnsure smooth operations during the IT system/domain transitionWhat You BringWe are searching for a dynamic Project Coordinator who can bring their expertise and exceptional organizational skills to our team. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of projects while maintaining high standards of work. We are looking for someone who can confidently engage with clients, building strong relationships and fostering open communication. Your ability to work harmoniously with colleagues will be vital in driving project outcomes.In addition, your familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control will ensure that projects are delivered with excellence and adhere to established standards.
