Key Responsibilities: Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of relocation projects, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
Client Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates, answering questions, and addressing concerns with professionalism and empathy.
Logistics Coordination: Manage schedules, coordinate with drivers, movers, and other stakeholders to ensure efficient transport and relocation.
Problem-Solving: Address and resolve any issues that arise during the relocation process promptly and effectively.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of project details, contracts, and client communications.
The Ideal Person We'd love to find someone who has got proven experience in project coordination ideally in property, construction or logistics.
You'll have strong organisational and multitasking abilities, be an excellent communicator, proficient with project management software and tools and thrive in an environment where at times you will be under pressure and required to adapt to changing priorities.
