About the role: Location: Based in Newmarket, Auckland (parking provided)Start Date: 21st October 2024End Date: 11th April 2025Pay Rate: $35 per hour + 8% holiday payHours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, with potential for 1 day working from homeShutdown Period: 23 December 2024 to 10 January 2025Responsibilities: Schedule workshops and meetings, coordinating all logistics for virtual events.Manage important project documents and ensure everything is filed and ready.Track and report on project progress, attending meetings and taking minutes.Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless coordination across multiple locations.Use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and learn Adobe InDesign for resource creation.Proactively support busy team members, ensuring tasks stay on track.Ideal Candidate: Our client is seeking a confident, proactive Project Coordinator who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
