As part of our expansion, we are seeking an experienced Programme Lead, a role that is pivotal to the successful delivery and health of a portfolio of projects.About the RoleAs a Programme Lead at RUSH, you will ensure that Delivery Managers are meeting project goals, delivering on time, within budget, and to the delight of all stakeholders. You will ensure the customer programme team and the customer themselves are engaged, the programme is structured for success and be there to guide and drive the best outcomes for all.On the daily, that will involve:Creating and maintaining a program management plan that outlines the scope, timeline, budget, risks, and dependencies of each project within the program.Identifying and mitigating risks that could impact the success of the program or individual projects.Engaging the customer - Communicating with stakeholders to ensure that they are informed about the program's progress and any changes that may affect them.Facilitating collaboration and communication among project teams and stakeholders.Managing resources such as budget, staff, and equipment across multiple projects.Continuously improving delivery processes and increasing capability in order to increase efficiency and effectiveness.About YouWe are looking for a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, a problem-solver who is adaptable, patient, and has a strong analytical acumen - where ideally, you will have as much of the following as possible:Substantial stakeholder management experience and exceptional communication skills, including internally with SLT, externally with senior clients, and management of key delivery partners.Demonstrable experience successfully managing complex projects or programmes, with the ability to drive, coach and influence the teams who are delivering.Deep understanding of portfolio, programme, and project management skills.Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, systems, and the software development life cycle (SDLC).Proven ability in risk management and mitigation strategies.Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.Proficiency in Atlassian tool suite including Confluence & Jira, and MIRO.Relevant certification such as PMP, Prince2, Scrum Master, or ICAgile is a plus.Join Us!At RUSH, we value being a good human, straight up, smart, bold, and exciting.
