About The opportunity | Ko te aheinga: As our Programme Coordinator, you will be at the heart of our efforts to establish and embed new systems and processes in a fast-paced environment. You will support the Programme Finance & Controls Team in managing procurement, contract administration, risk management, financial scheduling, and reporting functions. This is a fixed term (12 months) position based in Napier. The ideal candidate for this position will bring: A Business Diploma or relevant qualification At least 5 years of experience in a similar role or relevant industry Strong administrative skills and attention to detail Proficiency in MS Office suite, especially Excel and Project Excellent interpersonal and communication skills The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment A collaborative approach and the ability to build strong working relationships An understanding of and respect for tikanga Maori and Maori values We're looking for someone who can anticipate change, remain flexible, and bring innovative solutions to the table. The salary range for this role is between $67,590 and $75,100 and will depend on the qualifications and experience of the successful candidate.
