Product Marketer

About the role: As a product marketer, you'll lead go-to-market strategies and develop impactful messaging that connects with our target audience.
Collaborating with senior leadership, you'll create short and long-term plans, and execute initiatives to keep the business growing quickly and sustainably.
Key responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic marketing plans that drive customer acquisition and retention, aligning with Landlord Studio's business goals.
Collaborate with founders and the product team to shape compelling brand and product messaging.
Lead go-to-market strategies for new product launches, feature releases, and market expansion initiatives.
Optimize product and onboarding efforts across various landlord segments, tailoring approaches to different portfolio sizes.
Monitor key metrics and analyze market trends to continuously refine strategies and maximize impact and ROI.
Use data-driven insights to ensure alignment with business objectives and enhance customer satisfaction.
Optimize the customer journey and continuously monitor user's onboarding to ensure new users find value in our product quickly.
You'll have: 5+ years of experience in SaaS marketing, preferably in product marketing or a related role.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful go-to-market strategies.
Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making and performance tracking.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to craft compelling messaging and content.
Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally, particularly with product and sales teams.
Proficiency in marketing tools and technologies (e.g., CRM, marketing automation, analytics platforms, and website management tools).
Experience in conducting market research and translating insights into actionable marketing strategies.
Experience working in a startup or high-growth company is highly desirable.
Knowledge of the real estate or property management industry is a plus.
