We showcase a wide range of projects, from residential to commercial designs, and provide a resource for anyone looking to build, renovate, or find inspiration for their own projects.Position summary:ArchiPro's Product team is the driving force behind our continuous product evolution within a traditional and complex industry. Our success is dependent on building solutions that help our clients to connect, engage and transact within our two-sided marketplace.Reporting to the Head of Product B2B, the successful candidate will be responsible for designing exceptional ArchiPro product experiences for our Professionals, Suppliers and internal team. With a comprehensive product suite you'll have a range of features to apply your UX and UI skills.You'll work closely with the product, design and engineering departments to deliver considered product experiences that add value for platform users, collaborating to help solve client problems, support sales results and ensure success for ArchiPro.You will be comfortable operating autonomously, introducing new methods and approaches that help ArchiPro deliver a best-in-industry product, while managing design solutions that are scalable and efficient for the wider product and engineering team to deliver.ArchiPro is a digital product so you will need to have a strong understanding of the digital landscape as well as show an interest in the design and build community and what we're aiming to achieve in it through our mission.ArchiPro's mission relies on a team of exceptional humans that understands customer and market needs and can turn these into a beautiful product experience.What your week will look like:25% User Insights GatheringConduct platform research to understand client behaviours.Analyse our users' market tools, competitive offerings, and industry changes to support ideation.Gather feedback and client insight through surveys, interviews, user data, wire-framing and testing.Listening to our clients by immersing yourself in client meetings to understand pain points and opportunities.50% Product DeliveryGather feedback on product concepts, wireframes, and prototypes from customers, internal teams, and subject matter experts to help validate solutions and design direction.Collaborate with product leaders on strategic approach to product features and designs.Conduct usability testing to identify pain points, usability issues, and opportunities for improvement.Deliver end-to-end solutions in Figma for our development team to deliver, working with engineering managers to refine concepts.15% Launching and IteratingWork with BETA users to refine product features before wider launch.Work alongside product marketing, engineering and CX to help meet feature launch timelines.Monitor user engagement metrics, such as user retention, conversion rates, and user satisfaction scores, to measure the impact of UX changes and inform future design iterations.10% Fun and SocialisingOpportunity to join our ESOP programme.Hybrid work arrangements.Beautifully designed new Head Office with barista coffee, fresh fruit and help yourself snacks.ArchiVersary long service leave.Team building functions and events and more!If this sounds like you, reach out and say 'hi', we'd love to have a chat!
