PRODUCT DESIGNER
12 Months FIXED TERM - Parental Leave
Ensure our LES MILLS customers enjoy a frictionless customer experience through providing design expertise for our LES MILLS+ and Equipment Store products.
Understand the customer needs and effectively carry out research to create the best solution to solve a range of problems.
Put on your design cap and design functional user interfaces that are pixel perfect and follow standard design patterns and best practice.
Work closely and collaboratively with cross-functional Development teams, business stakeholders, and fellow designers.
The role:
We're looking for a Product Designer within our LES MILLS+ and Equipment Store teams. We are bringing fitness classes and exercise equipment to Movers and B2B Gym chains around the world.
Skills and experience you'll need:
- Expertise in standard UX software such as Figma, Miro, InVision, Sketch, Balsamiq, Principle and the like is a must.
- A clear understanding of the importance of user-centered design and design thinking.
- Passionate about all things UX/UI and other areas of design and innovation.
- Research and showcase knowledge in the industry's latest trends and technologies.
- Five or more years of UX/UI design experience. Preference will be given to candidates who have experience designing user interfaces across various touch points and digital media.
- Experience working embedded in cross-functional Agile squads.
- Experience in using UX/UI design best practices to design solutions, and a deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design.
- Being passionate, curious, and collaborative.
