What you'll do: We're looking for a dynamic Product Design Manager to lead the design for our digital products. User-Centered Design Expertise: 2+ years proven experience in product design creating intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for digital products. Design Strategy Development: Track record of developing and implementing successful design strategies that align with business goals and drive product innovation. End-to-End Product Design: Proven ability to oversee the entire design process, from initial research and concept development to final execution and iteration. Advanced Prototyping Skills: Proficient in using design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite) to create high-fidelity prototypes and communicate design concepts effectively. User Research and Testing: Extensive experience in conducting and applying user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and validate product features. Design System Management: Experience in building, maintaining, and scaling design systems, ensuring consistency and efficiency across product teams.
