Producer Onboarding Representative

We're looking for a Producer Onboarding Representative to lead the adoption of innovative health and safety applications across our supply base. This fixed-term role, lasting 24 months, is crucial in supporting our producers seamlessly integrate new technology into their operations.
If you have a deep understanding of the primary industry (livestock), health and safety practices, and can communicate the value of tech-driven solutions, we want you on our team.
This role requires extensive travel across the North Island, working closely to engage and educate our producers to lead them through the adoption process, addressing concerns and facilitating smooth transitions.
To be successful in this role you must be able to clearly convey our on-farm health and safety standards to a diverse audience and develop strong relationships with producers by demonstrating a deep understanding of their operations and needs. Part of this role is to provide technical support and training, which includes simple software configurations.
Skills and Experience we are looking for:
Industry Expertise: Minimum 10 years of experience in agriculture and the primary industry with a strong commercial understanding.
Technology Savvy: Confidence with technology, including Android and iOS devices, and a track record of successful tech implementations.
Communication Skills: Strong ability to tailor messages, influence, and persuade stakeholders at all levels.
Health & Safety Knowledge: In-depth understanding of health and safety practices, regulations, and technologies, including PCBU responsibilities.
Project Management: Proven ability to plan, execute, and monitor change initiatives in the field.
Problem-Solving: Analytical skills to assess barriers and address them effectively.
