Job Description:This is a 12 month fixed term position & the role can be based in Christchurch or Wellington. You'll play an influential role in the procurement activities for our large-scale retirement village developments throughout New Zealand. You'll be facilitating the planning, management and delivery of complex end to end procurement strategies and procurement plans for our new village developments, procuring consultants to provide specialist design services and seeking to add value and deliver benefit throughout the supply chain. Qualifications:You'll need to bring the following;Minimum 3 - 6 years' procurement experience, ideally within an engineering/construction/manufacturing environment, but not essentialRelevant Tertiary QualificationSelf-motivated with the ability to influence and motivate othersHigh level of confidence, negotiation skills and top-notch relationship skillsIdeally a fully qualified member of MCIPS or hold a Post Graduate Qualification in a relevant discipline Additional Information:Our Culture Our purpose is to bring the best of life to our residents.
