This full-time role involves 12-hour shifts in a 4 on, 4 off pattern (6 AM - 6 PM). You will have the opportunity to grow in a supportive setting with training provided, particularly in mounting and laminating processes.
Key Responsibilities:Operate an 8-color flexo press.Set up and calibrate machines to meet production and quality standards.Follow production specifications to maintain high-quality levels and inspect materials for defects.Troubleshoot technical issues as they arise.Monitor operations and adjust tension control systems for optimal production results.Maintain accurate production records while working independently.Qualifications:Minimum of 2 years of experience in printing or a related trade qualification.Strong mechanical, technical, and computing skills.The company is a leading manufacturer of flexible packaging in New Zealand, supported by a global team of over 10,000 employees.
