This is one of our busiest Customer Centres, and you will be responsible for providing leadership to a team of Trustees and Senior Trustees. Your role will involve supporting and implementing changes in the business as well as executing our strategic plan at a local level.Your responsibilities will include motivating and leading the team to achieve revenue growth, business development, and exceeding customer satisfaction. You will also work on implementing company-wide developments and initiatives such as our culture of care and new ways of working.We are seeking an excellent communicator with proven experience in coaching and mentoring a team.
