We are a hybrid team with offices in Christchurch, and in Parnell, Auckland.
ABOUT THE ROLE This is an exciting time to join Timescapes while they are rapidly growing into overseas markets and to be part of a close-knit team, where innovation thrives, and quality is key.

You'll be reporting directly to the Director of Engineering and will be part of an engineering team of 6, leading front-end development.
What You'll Do: Lead the development of exciting new features on the Timescapes platform.
Optimise performance and build for quality, ensuring a fast, efficient user experience for clients.
Develop and maintain their component library, setting new standards for polished UIs.
Guide and mentor fellow developers, promoting best practices in front-end development.
Work with a supportive and mature team, engaging in honest and open two-way communication.
What we are looking for: Expertise in React (hooks) and Typescript for building sleek, interactive web UIs.
Proven ability to create high-performing dashboards and knowledge of frontend optimisation techniques.
Experience working with visualization tools like canvas and SVG.
Familiarity with building and maintaining component libraries.
Bonus points for: Experience with 2D/3D graphics, or a touch of full-stack development using C#/.NET Core.
