Join us and transform your career.
You'll work as a member of a handpicked team across a range of challenging policy issues critical to water services implementation - spanning areas of corporate governance, pricing and economic regulation, infrastructure planning and investment, and system stewardship and monitoring. At the same time as addressing these critical issues, we have a busy legislative programme to advance. The knowledge and experience you'll gain in contributing to this high-profile reform will have the power to transform your career.
Right now, we're seeking a talented Principal Policy Analyst.
Join us on a fixed term role through until mid-2026 working within the Water Services Policy and Stewardship team. With extensive previous experience in policy advice and policy processes, you will be able to work in an agile manner to provide policy support for work across a range of policy issues related to water services reform.
This includes support for the development of policy and legislation, including resolution of policy issues raised through the drafting and Parliamentary process, at the same time as implementing change.
You will have a solid familiarity with the machinery of government, Parliamentary processes and advising ministers. You will be confident taking technical, detailed input and turning it into well-structured, succinct minister-ready papers.
The role is full-time, but hours can be negotiated for the right candidate. We also offer flexible work arrangements. If this sounds like you; we want to hear from you.
