This role offers a unique opportunity to drive growth and enhance performance across our Direct Brands portfolio, making a significant impact on our mission to create a safer world.As a Lead/Principal in Growth and Performance, you will support the Executive Manager Direct Brands by understanding, monitoring, and influencing the drivers of performance and growth. You will oversee the full funnel view of marketing and channel performance, including lead generation, quote conversion, and channel conversion by brand and product.Your role will involve identifying and prioritising actions to optimise funnel performance, ensuring our growth ambitions are met. You will influence the owners of each part of the funnel to drive change and deliver enhanced performance. Additionally, you will monitor and influence the performance of third-party distribution channels and partners to drive growth for Direct Brands.You will be the single source of truth about where the prioritised opportunities exist to enhance our performance and grow our Direct Brands. Your insights and recommendations will be crucial in shaping strategic decisions and driving continuous improvement.This is a permanent full-time position with hybrid working conditions, available at any of our IAG offices across Aotearoa New Zealand.To be successful in this role you'll ideally have:7+ years of experience in the financial services or general insurance industry.Highly numeric and a self-starter with a persistent passion for improving performance.Comfortable with holding challenging conversations while maintaining respect and professionalism.Advanced stakeholder management skills at a senior level, including engaging with third parties.Experience in performance managing third-party distribution partners.Strong understanding of general insurance and the New Zealand Financial Services regulatory environment.Excellent commercial acumen and communication skills.Proven experience in risk management practices and developing professional relationships.Results-driven, organized, and skilled in planning and governance processes.If you're ready to take on a pivotal role that offers both challenge and reward, and the opportunity to drive substantial impact, this is the role for you!
