In this role you will:Lead the development of a system/framework which enables and supports the Treasury to ensure it delivers on its strategic direction.Identify any contextual changes that could mean the Treasury needs to rethink its strategy and operating model.Lead and facilitate strategic planning sessions with senior leaders to identify risk and opportunities to delivery.Work with the Principal Advisors, Planning & Performance and Risk & Compliance, in the Strategy and Performance team to develop a cohesive strategy to drive performance across the Treasury.Help shape and lift the performance of the wider organisation.This important work takes a special kind of person with a passion for making a difference and getting things done while working in a fast-paced, changeable and complex environment.
