You will be part of a newly shaped team, working alongside members of the Strategy & Performance team to provide support and advice to senior leaders on achieving the organisation's strategic direction and monitoring its performance. This role will require you:
To develop and manage an integrated performance and reporting framework to support the organisation to continually lift efficiency and effectiveness.Advise our senior leaders on significant performance or planning risks and issues and lead the development of strategies to address them.Lead the compilation of the annual report and ensure it optimally reflects the impact the Treasury has made in working towards our long-term ambition and medium-term outcomes.This important work takes a special kind of person with a passion for making a difference and getting things done. The specific experience, skills, and qualities that will help you succeed in this role include:
Demonstrated experience in implementing performance and planning frameworks and tools for a complex organisation.An understanding of Treasury's role in the wider public sector.Excellent communication and influencing skills including an ability to explain complex problems, develop succinct and accurate reports, deliver verbal presentations, and to lead discussions with senior leadership.The ability to think independently and to drive outcomes.Ko nga hua | What we Offer This is an important job and that's why we'll do all we can to support your success.
