We care about the wellbeing and success of our people and provide a supportive and inclusive working environment where people can thrive and be who they are.As the Principal Advisor in the Operations team, you will provide high level operational, technical and analytical leadership to the Group Manager Operations and across Whaikaha.You will lead and develop regular and effective stakeholder communications using a diverse range of channels including papers for the Executive Leadership Team and Ministers.You will provide leadership for projects and work with others to ensure all work is well planned, and the appropriate planning tools and methods are used.You will support the team to enhance their capability and provide them with coaching, mentoring and quality improvement advice during their day to day work.This is a fixed term role ending 25 July 2025.Ko wai koe | About You:Your strong and effective relationship management skills will ensure you are well connected with external networks and relevant organisations.You have demonstrated experience in providing strategic, operational, and planning advice to senior management.
