As an employer, we invest in our people to foster a working environment that promotes achievement and celebrates success!This role will also play a key role in analysing the causes of variance product profitability and recommending areas for action, either through pricing adjustments and/or other portfolio management responses.About The RoleWe are looking for someone with –7+ years of general insurance pricing experience, excellent stakeholder interaction skills, and proven leadership as a Pricing SME.Experience with data manipulation, forecasting and technical cost modelling (SAS, SQL, or a similar software).A relevant quantitative tertiary qualification such as: Statistics, Mathematics, Actuarial Science.A drive to investigate, solve problems, achieve targets, and embrace change.A desire to support and help in the development of other team members.A positive and enthusiastic attitude; with a never-ending commitment to ensuring FMG's ongoing success.You will be joining a team responsible for:Monitoring the overall performance of FMG insurance products.Recommending and implementing pricing changes in line with our pricing strategies.Building statistical models for price modelling, and improving pricing sophistication.Providing analytics and insights on our portfolios.Working with key stakeholders through the Mutual to provide subject matter expertise.At FMG, we know our success is because of our people.
