As we embark on a period of significant growth, the Pricing & Portfolio Optimisation Manager will be responsible for delivering to strategy by providing data-driven advice to the business, developing and overseeing unit economic pricing models, and identifying strategic opportunities to boost returns through a fully embraced product portfolio. The role represents an opportunity to build out a strong, sustainable and innovative product capability across the business.As Pricing & Portfolio Optimisation Manager, you can expect to:Offer strategic guidance to senior leadership on product performance.Construct strategic business cases and evaluate scenario-based profitability impacts.Manage the Pricing Committee, ensuring collaborative and informed decision-making processes.We are looking for candidates who have:Strategic experience in the pricing space within consumer lending (mortgage, auto, personal lending, and commercial products preferred).Extensive financial modelling ability, with a flair for identifying opportunities to improve return.Able to engage and influence a diverse cross-functional stakeholder group to drive outcomes.What's in it for me?Within the Avanti Finance Group, you can look forward to flexible and hybrid working as we offer up to two days working from home following the initial training period.
