Up to a maximum of $31.61p/hrFull training will be providedCentrally locatedThis role involves the day-to-day running of the clinic, managing support staff, working closely with the PrincipalNo need to do payroll, stock ordering, commission payments or contracts - these are handled by other staffJob Description: Day-to-day running of the clinicBusiness performance development and future expansion of the practiceEnsures accounts are managed accurately and efficiently, follow up on overdue accounts and late paymentsOptimise patient satisfaction, provider time, and treatment room utilisationProtects patients, staff and business confidentiality of medical, personal, and financial informationMaintains operations by following policies and procedures, reporting any needed changesContributes to team effort by accomplishing daily, weekly, and monthly goalsManages reception appointment scheduling, when requiredManages patient recalls and reportingLiaises with ACC and Ministry of Health for treatment carried under ACC or MOHTraining and supervision of administrative and clinical staff (DAs)Updates staff records, performance management, developing employee rosters, and conducts regular staff meetingsOversees and supports digital, general and local area marketing and promotions, and monitors business growth and data analysisInteracts with patients and addresses any concerns or complaintsOrganises patient recordsWorks as a team to ensure the practice runs efficiently, effectively and meets objectivesMaintains facility and equipment in accordance with hygiene and safety regulationsLiaises with Principal and implements his instructionsActive listenerCommitted to a long-term roleCan use ExactAbout you: You're already in New ZealandYou can hit the ground runningPrevious Practice Manager experience in a dental practice is preferableBut you may be a dental assistant or dental receptionist ready to take the next step in your careerLooking for a long-term roleCommitted, strong work ethic, active listenerLooking for your next challengeExcellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skillsEnjoys being part of a collaborative teamProfessional, approachable and friendly and keeps a cool headWe have an opportunity for an experienced dental or medical professional to join this Wellington practice in this growth role.
