With strong technical expertise and a proven ability to drive results, you lead with empathy and innovation.
What you'll bring: 5+ years of leadership experience managing large teams (30+ people).
10+ years of technical expertise in agile delivery.
Strong mentoring and strategic planning skills.

You also embrace tikanga, with the ability to use basic te reo Maori in your communications.
