Practice Manager

We have an opportunity for an experienced and enthusiastic Business leader to lead the team and the practice. Tamatea Medical Centre has been providing healthcare in the Napier community for over 50 years and have an enrolled population of over 6800 enrolled patients.

The Practice Manager will have excellent people skills and the ability to think strategically.   We are looking for a proactive, solutions-based, confident person who enjoys using their initiative and business knowledge to maintain a profitable and patient focused health practice. 

Reporting to the Board of Directors, you will be responsible for the overall running of the practice, playing a key role in managing internal and external relationships, maintaining a high level of patient service and all facets of staff management, compliance, facilities and general management.
