We oversee the build workforce, manage relationships with contractors, suppliers, and local partners, and maintain effective construction budgets and timeframes.Key Responsibilities: As Practice Lead Project Management, you will contribute to the successful design and delivery of Transport Services projects by developing and maintaining a strong and effective team of high-performing project management specialists. This includes establishing and maintaining a high-performance Project Management Practice, ensuring a 'Best practice' approach to Project Management across Transport Services, and creating and maintaining an optimal culture for practice-based teams.Requirements: To be considered, you must demonstrate depth of leadership capability and experience in a similar environment, leading a substantial team of Project Managers requiring coaching, development, training, and mentoring across the project lifecycle.
