About the opportunity | Te whiwhinga mahiReporting to the Platforms Chapter Lead, the Platform Owner – Enterprise DevOps will be responsible for managing and nurturing the Enterprise DevOps platform. This platform is a critical component of Fonterra's IT ecosystem and enables end-to-end delivery across the entire IT landscape, ensuring that our tools and systems are optimised for maximum impact.
In this role, you'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and vendor partners, building platform roadmaps, creating stakeholder engagement plans, and linking these into a cohesive delivery plan that aligns with the Co-op's vision.
You will provide tools, practices, patterns, and frameworks to enhance the delivery across platforms such as Salesforce, AEM, ServiceNow, SAP, Planview, and Mobile applications in addition to a number of on-premise and cloud-based 3rd party and customer applications. The DevOps Tool chain extends across Atlassian, Azure DevOps in addition to product-specific implementations (e.g., ServiceNow ATF and Salesforce Apex).
About you | Ko wai koeYou bring deep expertise in technical leadership, platform ownership, and Agile delivery principles and use these skills to focus on growing and developing DevOps practices across the enterprise. You will lead with a test and learn approach and occasionally roll your sleeves up to ensure the fundamentals of DevOps are executed with ease and excellence.
You have the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and bring experience in managing budgets and financials. A natural leader, you are passionate about continuous improvement, fostering a collaborative and inspiring environment.
