Lorneville is our biggest plant at Alliance, and not only that, but the biggest plant in the Southern Hemisphere (during peak season). The Lorneville Plant has an exciting opportunity to join our HR Team as a Plant Support Administrator.
Reporting to the Plant HR Admin Manager, your role will be to support the day-to-day plant operations which will include providing high level support and coordinating the injury prevention pathway for employees on plant. You will be a key part of the team in helping process high volumes of incoming requests through working collaboratively with the HR and Management Team, while also proactively supporting the digital content strategy and event coordination.

We are looking for a confident and self-starter individual, who is process and data driven to excel in this role. Being able to prioritise your workload and adapt to an ever-evolving environment is a must! You will have previous experienced in administration and/or HR within an operational environment and hold a relationships qualification, alongside:
Excellent administrative and organisation skills
A high level of communication skills, and the ability to relate with a broad range of stakeholders across the business
Tech savvy – able to use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Power Point) and databases
Being a natural problem solver, who is also adaptable
Having strong attention to detail and understand its importance in day-to-day activities
