This role is pivotal to the growth and success of the company, aligning production with overall business goals.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee the production process to maximise efficiency and output.
Lead the maintenance and optimisation of plant equipment.
Develop and implement strategies for process improvement and technology integration.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Manage the plant budget to ensure cost-effective operations.
Lead, train, and mentor staff for high performance and job satisfaction.
Collaborate with senior management to align plant operations with business objectives.
To Be Successful in Your Role, You Will Have: Experience in Plant Operations: Proven experience managing a manufacturing or bottling plant, with a focus on process improvement.
Leadership & Team Management: Ability to lead and develop teams in a production setting.
Problem-Solving Skills: Strong ability to resolve operational challenges and bottlenecks.
Process Improvement: Experience implementing Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
Health & Safety Compliance: Knowledge of HSE regulations in a production environment.
Budget & Cost Management: Experience managing plant budgets for cost-effective operations.
