Full Time Application Closes 01 Aug 2024 Auckland - South Auckland Receptionist and Information Clerk We require a dedicated person to provide direct support to our Directors by managing their calendar as well as attending to the reception area. The role of personal assistant is a new one and as we grow and extend our number of offices the Directors require someone to help them organize their very busy schedules. Additionally, we require someone who will take pride in being the first person to greet our clients personally and on the phone. Specific Duties: Provide excellent client service skills both in person and on the phone. Preparing and typing of legal documents. Liaising with outside contacts and organisations. Providing a range of support to the whole team. The successful candidate will be enthusiastic and a good office allrounder exhibiting an excellent level of accuracy and attention to detail. Great computer skills are a must and the ability to pick up new systems is essential. Previous experience in an office role is also required.
