The Personal Assistant provides administration and secretarial support to the Head of School, and administration support to the wider School of Undergraduate Studies team.
The Head of School is responsible for the delivery and review of programmes in order to provide a high-quality teaching and learning experience for students and lead and manage all resources to ensure strategic and operational success and sustainability.
To undertake this role, you will need to be a self-starter, organised, and system savvy. Your relationship and interpersonal skills will also be exceptional.
You will also have:
A Graduate qualification in business or similarAt least 5 years' experience in an executive/personal assistant rolePrevious committee secretary experience providing formal meeting agenda, minutes, correspondence, and record management supportExperience researching for, compiling, writing, and generating reportsExcellent interpersonal and relationship building skillsStrong verbal and written communication skillsExcellent Microsoft Office skills including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, and TeamsKnowledge of tikanga Maori and the ability to korero Te Reo Maori to at least an intermediate level of competency is preferred.
