It is due to this success that they now require an experienced personal assistant to assist with the daily goings on behind the scenes. We seek applicants with strong PA experience and the ability to pre-empt what support is required in a fast-paced business environment, to maintain a strong sense of calm and organisation to get the job done right. The ability to multi-task, apply initiative and continuously plan ahead is essential. This is a new role, so we are seeking experienced candidates comfortable establishing this role and growing it as their own. What will you bring to this role? Experience in a Personal Assistant role in a complex environment, supporting hands on to business owners.Applying discretion, maintaining trust and confidence in a professional manner.A calm, clear and effective communication style.Excellent organisational skills with the ability to anticipate what administrative support is required in advance.Resilience and adaptability to be able to manage a busy workload and stay composed under pressure to enable our directors to operate efficiently and seamlessly.Strong capabilities with Microsoft Office 365 and experience with finance software.An understanding of financial admin - ability to manage GST, invoicing and budget reporting.Excellent diary and email management. The successful applicant must be flexible with tasks and happy to assist in other areas such as maintaining the office, keeping the areas clean and organised, running errands and greeting clients, providing refreshments when required. In return, they offer a supportive, fun and friendly environment with the opportunity to develop in areas of preference within the agri business sector. A competitive hourly rate is offered for this role which will initially be 20 hours per week (worked over 3-4 days) with the option of more hours as the role and business evolve. A business laptop will be provided with the flexibility to work from home from time to time once the role is established.
