On behalf of our client, an Auckland-based tech company, The Pond Recruitment Agency is looking for a Performance Marketer who can focus on two main functions within the marketing team.
Firstly, Lead-Gen: filling the top of the funnel with quality leads through smart paid performance marketing strategy and delivery.
Secondly, CRM and new customer lifecycle: reviewing, testing, and optimising the potential/new customer sales cycle using marketing automation best practices.
The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with the Head of Marketing, Product & Tech teams to develop and execute a performance marketing and direct response advertising function that can deliver on ambitious (yet realistic) revenue goals across all digital paid channels (search, display, social, video, mobile, sponsored content, etc).
You will also be responsible for elevating the marketing automation program, providing the key link between marketing and sales journeys, and ensuring key customer journeys are operating smoothly.
With an 'always on' approach, you'll know how to move prospects effectively through the digital sales cycle.
