About the Role (your why) We are looking for an energetic and results-oriented Performance Marketer to enhance our customer acquisition, engagement, and retargeting strategies across digital platforms. In this dynamic role, you will oversee and optimize impactful, performance-driven campaigns, such as paid search, display ads, and affiliate marketing.
The Performance Marketer will be tasked with providing insights and executing performance marketing efforts that drive growth and optimize marketing strategies. As an integral part of our digital marketing team, you will leverage your strong analytical skills and deep understanding of digital strategies to convert business goals into actionable digital marketing initiatives.
The ideal candidate will possess a robust analytical background, extensive experience in performance marketing, and the ability to transform data into actionable strategies.
What you'll bring Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.Proven experience in delivering and optimising large-scale digital marketing campaigns.Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyse data and metrics to make informed decisions.Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g. Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Google Ads and SEM Rush).Strong verbal and written communication skills.Robust problem-solving skills with an aptitude for identifying issues and implementing effective solutions.Attention to detail with precision in executing marketing strategies and campaigns.What you will do: Campaign management: Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across various digital channels (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn and websites).Data analysis: Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics to identify trends and insights. Use data to make informed decisions and adjustments.A/B testing: Conduct A/B tests to optimise ad creatives, landing pages, and other campaign elements.Reporting: Prepare and present regular performance reports to stakeholders, highlighting key metrics and insights.Event tagging and tracking: Implement and manage tags for tracking events and conversions using tools like Google Tag Manager, ensuring accurate data collection for campaigns.Conversion tracking: Set up and optimise conversion tracking using pixels, Floodlight tags, and other tracking mechanisms to measure and analyse the effectiveness of advertising campaigns.Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and design, to align marketing strategies with business goals.Market research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to keep campaigns relevant and effective.Why Join Us Here at Datacom?
