We have an exciting opportunity for a People Solutions Consultant to join our Rewards & OD workstream, which is one of the four workstreams within our People Solutions Team. This stream focuses on all aspects of remuneration, restructure support, HR reporting and metrics and Organisational Development.
By joining our People Solutions Team, you'll be at the forefront of redefining HR operations and shaping the future of the P&C community. Your ambition and innovative mindset will be key as you leverage cutting-edge technology and cross-skilling opportunities to drive efficiency and independence.
This is a fantastic opportunity where you collaborate with diverse professionals as you leverage your Reward & OD expertise to provide support and advice to our people. In this role, you will be a remuneration and data guru – you will be working with big data sets, completing external remuneration surveys and providing expert advice focused on various aspects of remuneration, talent and retention, global remuneration benchmarking, relocation and mobility, position description creation and reporting requests.
As we look to build maturity in our model, we are looking for the inner 'coach' in you to shine as you have indirect leadership of junior team members as well as supporting our people leaders.
Key responsibilities include:
Completing remuneration analysis and reporting to support our Annual Salary Review and Incentives processes.
Providing data for remuneration surveys.
Provide high-quality advice and support across the employee lifecycle.
Support with informal coaching and development of the team to ensure quick and confident execution of advice.
Continuously improve systems and processes to improve the customer experience.
Lead deployment and implementation of process, project and policy changes.
Advocate, educate and lead our P&C Operating Model, working in partnership across our Operating Model to create a high impact P&C function and service.
About you | Mou
Ideally with previous experience within a shared service environment, you will have practical experience within a rewards environment including the ability to work with large, complex data sets and reporting.
With a consultative approach, you will leverage your strong advisory experience gained within HR operations or related roles as you thrive in an informal coaching and mentoring capacity with our junior team members.
