Reporting to the Head of People and Performance, you will provide leadership, expert advice, and coaching to our Regional Managers and frontline leaders. Your goal will be to ensure that effective people strategies, plans, and objectives are adopted to build capability and fulfil our long-term strategic goals.
You will partner at both strategic and operational levels across various areas, including employee relations, talent management, people strategy and policy, organisational development, workforce planning, remuneration, systems and analytics, diversity, inclusion, and wellbeing. Expect a great deal of variety in your role!
