What You'll Be Doing: As our People Experience Coordinator, you'll wear many hats!
Here's what you can expect to dive into: Recruitment Coordination: Be the ringmaster of our hiring, managing everything from onboarding to the grand induction.
HR Advice Guru: Offer sage advice to our leaders on HR policies and best practices.
Document Wizardry: Create and distribute employment agreements and all the fun paperwork that comes with it.
Data Detective: Keep our HRIS (MYHR) in tip-top shape, ensuring that our data is cleaner than your Mum's kitchen on a Sunday morning.
Culture Champion: Help coordinate our culture and wellbeing initiatives—because who doesn't love a good team-building exercise?
Report Rockstar: Generate reports and assist with payroll—let's make those numbers sing!
If you love a mix of admin wizardry and people magic, this role is made for you!
What We Expect From You: HR Experience: You've got 4+ years under your belt in HR admin/coordination—you're basically a seasoned pro!
Organizational Skills: You can juggle tasks like a circus performer and stay cool under pressure.
Communication Skills: Your verbal and written communication is top-notch.
Tech Savvy: You know your way around Microsoft Office (bonus points if Excel is your secret weapon) and HRIS systems (SAP/SuccessFactors experience?
Yes, please!).
Relationship Builder: You can charm the socks off everyone from new hires to senior leaders.
