Reporting to the General Manager, People, Culture & Wellbeing, you will provide administrative support and coordination of PCW matters to support the network and Company is achieving key people and culture outcomes.

As our new People, Culture & Wellbeing Coordinator, your focus will be: Coordinate internal employment paperwork to ensure all transferring employees are provided with employment agreements, job descriptions, induction materials and all other applicable documentation.Provide first line of enquiry advice and guidance to team members and Managers as required.Ensure contracts are returned to payroll before employee commences employment HRMonitor, respond or escalate people queries in a timely manner.Accurately input data and support with the generation of People reporting. Ensure that key data and status updates are captured across various HR systems.Induction and onboarding administration.Maintenance of employee e-files.Process invoices where required.Identify opportunities to sustainably improve our internal processes and systems to realise efficiencies and improve the employee experience.Supported by a talented, diverse and geographically dispersed team, you will be working in a supportive environment, where you will have the opportunity to learn and grow, have FUN and operate with a high level of autonomy. This role is hybrid with a mix of time in the office/WFH and Field.
