We believe in supporting our people to be the best they can.You will be reporting to the People Business Partner in ChristchurchBusiness Partnering - Partner with Service Group Leaders (with national teams) to support with execution of people processes and priorities as well as employment relations as they ariseResolve ER issues quickly, identifying risks and working through them with stakeholdersProvide accurate, commercially focussed and comprehensive HR advice and deliver key People activities, crediblySupport high performance initiatives - Support and enable the achievement of a high-performance culture through influencing and coaching managersProvide induction, exit and mobility supportBe up to date with industry trends, legislation and best practice to continuously improveTeamwork - Provide exceptional HR support and work collaboratively with the wider People team across NZ, Australia and ManilaMobilisation – involved with mobilising employees moving across locations (within NZ or internationally)What can you bring to the team?Ideally you will have experience in a similar People Consultant / HR roleYou will enjoy working in a People role, and work collaboratively with an APAC People teamSkill and confidence to manage change and ambiguity by using your ability to partner and influence at all levelsYou will thrive in working at paceYour confident, engaging nature and ability to self manage will see you readily collaborating with the businessOur describe the types of people we bring together for clients.
