Our fast-moving business is looking for someone who is able to learn and develop in the recruitment team. This role will see you work closely with the recruitment team on a mix of internal and external talent sourcing engagements, while building your experience and your ability to solve problems for clients. AugmentX is a specialist data and analytics talent consultancy. We are owned by Datamine, and are immersed in the data and analytics industry. We help build teams for our clients through the supply of outstanding contract or permanent talent. This role suits a candidate who is confident talking to people, someone with a curious mind who is interested in what candidates do and how they do it. We are searching for someone who is looking for learning, growth, and development. A successful candidate will be a person who is able to work efficiently, and get busy with a proactive mindset. This role sees you: working to meet client resource requirements with talent of the highest quality. taking a proactive approach to sourcing talent; and managing candidates through interview processes, ensuring timely communication, and an excellent candidate experience. involved in client engagement throughout and beyond the hiring process to ensure quality interactions with clients and customer satisfaction nurturing candidates in the network for future opportunities possibly taking on some work with Datamine on internal recruitment requirements You will bring: Confidence talking to people – happy to pick up the phone and speak to candidates and clients as needed Curiosity – the ability to ask questions and understand people's motivations Pragmatism – focusing on finding the right candidate for the problem we are tying to solve Persistent and consistent effort – the desire to work towards a goal and achieve success for AugmentX and the client Enthusiasm, professional energy, and the drive to thrive in a fast-paced environment Organisation and prioritisation skills A can-do attitude with a resilient personality Ideally experience in business, sales, or recruitment coordination/talent management – but generally business acumen, and the ability to fit in a professional consulting organisation. Ideally technical understanding, from an IT or data/analytics related background.
