Full Time Application Closes 30 Aug 2024 Southland - Invercargill Human Resources Manager We are looking for an experienced human resources professional to join the Stabicraft Marine team.
Earlier this year Stabicraft went through a period of change.
We are now looking to the future and re-setting our organisational culture.
This is where you come in!Reporting to the CEO, you will be responsible for leading the People and Culture function (sole charge role), driving positive team culture.
You will be a key member of the SLT, setting our future strategic direction, and overseeing all aspects of HR including providing advice and guidance on recruitment, performance management and staff training and development, employment relations and remuneration.This role would suit a senior HR practitioner who is either looking to take the next step in their career or already has experience in a management role.
Key skills, experience and attributes required for this role are; Skills in relationship building, influencing, persuading, coaching and negotiation.
Exceptional communication skills with proven experience working in a diverse, multicultural workplace.
Previous HR experience at senior level is essential.
Ideally you will also have a tertiary qualification in human resources or business.
Sound working knowledge of New Zealand employment legislation.
