In this sole charge role, you will report directly to the CEO and play a crucial role in the Senior Leadership Team.
Your expertise will be key in setting the strategic direction for our organisation and overseeing all aspects of HR.
You will be based in the birthplace of adventure, Stabicraft's HQ in Invercargill.
Surrounded by ocean views in the heart of Southland, you will cultivate a positive engaged team culture.
Provide expert guidance on recruitment, remuneration and performance management.

Manage employment relations and ensure compliance with NZ employment legislation.
