People, Culture And Capability Lead - Fixed Term

Details of the offer

People, Culture and Capability Lead - Fixed Term Organisational Development (Human Resources & Recruitment)
Full time
Looking to make a real difference in a role where people, culture, and growth are the focus? This 12-month parental leave cover as our People, Culture and Capability Lead offers you the chance to be at the heart of our HR function. You'll play a key role in shaping our workplace culture, supporting our leaders, and ensuring our people feel engaged, valued, and inspired.
What's in it for you?
Autonomy with Impact: You'll be our go-to for all things people-related, meaning you get the chance to lead, shape, and own key initiatives. From driving engagement and retention strategies to supporting learning and development, your work will directly impact our culture and employee experience.
A Role That's Both Strategic and Hands-On: You'll be balancing the big picture with the day-to-day. You'll bring fresh ideas to our culture and capability-building efforts, but you'll also get stuck into the practical side of things—guiding managers, supporting employee relations, and ensuring our HR practices align with our goals.
Career Development: This isn't just a 12-month cover; it's an opportunity to deepen your skills across HR functions like change management, leadership support, and organisational design. If you enjoy a role that's both varied and challenging, you'll thrive here.
What We're Looking For:
Experience: You have 5+ years of HR experience, ideally with a strong focus on culture, engagement, and talent development.
Confidence and Approachability: As our key HR contact, you'll need to be comfortable working independently and adept at communicating with people at all levels.
Strategic Thinking with a Practical Approach: You know how to align HR initiatives with business goals, but you're just as comfortable rolling up your sleeves to get things done.
About Us:
We're a people-first company that genuinely cares about our employees' experiences. Joining us as our People and Culture Lead means you'll work in an environment that values your ideas, supports your professional growth, and appreciates your impact.
This is more than a contract role—it's a chance to leave your mark on our people strategies and culture. If you're ready for a role where you can truly make a difference, we'd love to hear from you!
