Do you want to progress your skills within a team that offers a supportive culture?
Due to growth and with a new HR system implemented, we are looking for someone initially fixed term to support our People & Culture Manager.
We are looking for a superstar to provide 10 hours per week. Ideally, this would be over 2 – 3 days per week, with some flexibility working from home. With your application, please note what days / hours you would be willing to work. About the role
We are seeking a detail-orientated, systems-savvy, and proactive person to join this newly created role. This role provides administrative support to the People & Culture Manager and assists with projects as time allows.
Some of the key responsibilities will include:
Administration tasks; variation letters, employment agreements, emails, and general support to the team. Performance review management: set up annual performance reviews – sending calendar invites and setting up in Employment Hero system. Recruitment: general enquiries, set up phone screening and interviews, reference checks. Onboarding & Induction: ensure onboarding documents are completed, liaise with appropriate teams to ensure new starters are set up correctly, put together an induction timetable and set up with appropriate team members. Following up on policy acknowledgements and other compliance matters. Provide ad hoc project support as and when required. What you will bring
We are looking for someone with a positive and proactive attitude, who will roll their sleeves up to help no matter the task.   
While previous office experience would be desirable, it is more essential you are a self-starter, quick to learn and comfortable working in a professional environment.
Attention to detail is a must, as well as a curiosity to learn new processes and systems. You will be adaptable to change, and flexible to grow with the role.
You will have strong Microsoft skills and enjoy learning how to maximise HR systems, such as Employment Hero.
To stand out from others, you will have an energetic "can-do" attitude, with the ability to work as part of a team. You will be a self-starter, with strong communication skills and enjoy the variety this role brings. About us
