We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced HR or People and Culture Manager to join a high performing team and help continue to attract, retain, and develop top talent. About the role:
The main focus of this role will be to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The People and Culture Lead will support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives. Some of your main duties will include:
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
Manage the recruitment and selection process.
Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organisation.
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
About you:
Our ideal candidate will be an experienced People and Culture or HR Manager with experience in the manufacturing industry or a similar industrial sector. Having a tertiary qualification in HR or similar would be preferred. You'll also need to have 3+ years experience in leading throughout all aspects of HR and have excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. This role requires someone with demonstrated experience in developing and implementing culture and engagement strategies. A strong understanding of HR practices, labour laws, and employment regulations are also a must have for this role.
