We are looking for an experienced People Business Partner who is looking for an opportunity in apurpose led business in a growing industry. You will work across all aspects of business partnering including organisational change, employment relations, annual people processes, learning and development and talent management. You will be someone who thrives in a collaborative work environment where its all about being part of a team who feel valued and empowered to do their best work. We're looking for someone who has: 7-10+ years industry experience in People and Culture, HR or a related field, with a progression to roles of increasing responsibility and leadership Proven experience as a People & Culture business partner A strong track record of successfully partnering with the business and senior leadership teams to drive organisational change and deliver business outcomes In-depth knowledge & experience of HR practices and employment law Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills with the ability to build trusted relationships across all levels of the organization; and An understanding of, and experience working in, a unionised workplace.
